Hi,
(Sorry for the over-zealous cross posting - not sure which one to post to.)
I need to get SQL server to receive certain mail and process it directly.
If I go to SQL Mail in EM, properties it asks for a profile name to test,
but there's none their. The server is question has a mail profile set up so
I can read my email, so what do I do now?
Am I in the right plcae anyway? Never done this before, so completely lost.
Thanks in advance,
NEILNeil,
You need to link a MAPI profile to the SQL Server Agent service account. Log
on to the server as the SQL Server service account, configure Outlook, and
restart your services. You should now see the mail profile in the SQL Server
Agent properties dialogbox.

NOT SQL Agent Mail.
